Gratitude for the positive experiences and people in our lives. Practising gratitude on a daily basis has demonstrable effects on brain function.
EMPATHY
Empathy for others and the pursuit of kindness in our interactions. Acts of kindness and empathy are linked to the release of oxytocin in the brain. Increased oxytocin levels contribute to increased self-esteem, energy and happiness.
MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness, building a consistent mindful practice to improve motivation and concentration. Practising mindfulness and being completely present in the moment.
