Our three students who recently commenced their School-Based Traineeships with Alkimos Seawater Alliance have already settled into their roles and are gaining valuable real-world experience.
From working onsite around heavy machinery and engaging with crane operators, to undertaking water testing and travelling along the pipeline route to the ocean, students are experiencing the many facets of a major infrastructure project firsthand.
Being part of the Alkimos Desalination Project provides a unique opportunity to explore a range of industries and career pathways while developing practical skills for the future.
